Sparkling & aperitif
Aperol Spritz
Three, two, one: three parts prosecco, two Aperol, one soda.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Aperol
- 90 ml prosecco
- 30 ml soda water
- A slice of orange
- Ice
Method
- Fill a big wine glass with ice.
- Prosecco first, then Aperol, then a splash of soda — that order stops it separating into layers.
- Add the orange slice and stir once, gently.
