Boulevardier
A Negroni with bourbon in place of the gin — warmer, and a winter drink where the Negroni is a summer one.
Ingredients
- 30 ml bourbon
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml sweet vermouth
- A strip of orange peel
- Ice
Method
- Stir all three with ice for 20–30 seconds.
- Strain over a big cube of ice.
- Squeeze the orange peel over the top and drop it in.
