Sidecar
Sharper than it sounds on paper. Pull the lemon back to 15 ml if you want it rounder.
Ingredients
- 45 ml brandy or cognac
- 25 ml triple sec
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Caster sugar, for the rim (optional)
- Ice
Method
- Sugar the rim if you like: wipe the outside edge with lemon and roll it in caster sugar.
- Shake everything with ice for 10–12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
