White Russian

Ingredients

• 50 ml vodka
• 25 ml coffee liqueur
• 30 ml pouring cream
• Ice

Method

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice, add the vodka and coffee liqueur, stir.
2. Float the cream over the back of a spoon.
3. Leave it layered or stir it in — both are the drink.
